The VSL Factory is a software platform that generates marketing assets (scripts, video, audio, images) using third-party AI providers, billed via subscription and prepaid generation credits.

Acceptable use.You may not use the platform to produce deceptive content, including unauthorized use of a real person's likeness or voice, content imitating news organizations, or claims you cannot substantiate. Generation requests that violate this are blocked and repeated attempts may result in account termination. You are responsible for legal review and platform-policy compliance of anything you publish.

Credits. Generation credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law; failed generations are automatically re-credited. Subscription allowances reset each billing cycle.

Content ownership.You own the outputs you generate, subject to the upstream AI providers' terms. We store your assets to operate the service.

Disclaimers. Outputs are generated by AI and provided as-is; no guarantee of accuracy, fitness, or advertising performance. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
